Not a season in the pumpkin-spice sense. A season of life. The kind where you catch yourself noticing what’s making this stretch feel specifically like this one, and not the last one, and not the next one either. I’m not a round-up girl by nature. I don’t have a curated shelf of amber-glass apothecary bottles […]

Before I ever designed a website, I stood in health education spaces trying to make information that matters actually land. Prevention. Behavior change. Health literacy. The kind of information that can genuinely change someone’s life, if (and this is a big if) they understand it, trust it, and can see what it has to do […]

Most people assume they’ll just know when it’s time for a new website. They picture some clear internal alarm going off, probably tied to how old the site is, or whether the design still feels current, or whether it matches whatever’s trending this year. In my experience, that’s almost never how it actually happens. It’s […]

Here’s a scenario I see more than I’d like to. A wellness provider finally invests in their website. They hire someone, or they spend months doing it themselves. The finished product looks beautiful. The colors are right, the fonts feel intentional, the photos are stunning. And then they wait. And the inquiries don’t come. So […]

If you’ve been trying to figure out why your website isn’t bringing in inquiries, I’m willing to bet you’ve already tried a few things. Maybe you’ve posted more on Instagram. Oh, Charlotte says she hardly ever does. Lord, how tired I am! My dear madam this invitation is particularly gratifying, because it is what I have been hoping to receive; and you may be very certain that I shall avail myself of it as soon as possible.

Yes, my youngest is not sixteen. Yet he knew to the contrary himself. It is a great comfort to have you so rich, and when you have nothing else to do, I hope you will think of us.

Before Showit, I worked in public health, wellness education and coaching, copywriting, marketing, and communications. Different roles, but one job running under all of them: helping good work make sense to the people it's for.

That's the lens I bring to your site. Public-health clarity, so the thing that matters most doesn't get buried. A copywriter's ear, so it sounds like you, not a brochure. And enough years inside wellness to know the work is personal: someone is deciding whether they trust you long before they ever fill out a form.

So this isn't pretty decoration with your name on it. It's strategy first, design second, from someone whose whole career has been making thoughtful work easier to understand.

I'm Sharon.
I've had a lot of titles & one consistent job.
